Through the Website you will be able to view certain payroll and tax information ("Payroll Information") that has been provided to Wells Fargo by your
instructions, terms, or conditions appearing on a screen at the Website. Your use of the Website is also subject to the Payroll Services Agreement
executed between your employer and Wells Fargo.
Keep Your Password Secure
In order to use the Website and access your Payroll Information, you will need to create (and use each time you access the Website) a username and
password (referred to as "Security Credentials"). Wells Fargo will not know your selected Security Credentials. Security Credentials must meet Wells
Fargo's standards for password format security (e.g. you may be required to select a password that consists of a certain number or combination of

You agree to notify your employer immediately if you become aware of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your Security Credentials.
Payroll Information and Electronic Communications
Payroll Information provided through the Website has been supplied by your employer. If you have questions about the Payroll Information or need to
make any changes to the information, please contact your employer.
The Payroll Information is being made available through the Website for your convenience only. Applicable law may entitle you to receive a paper
statement(s) of Payroll Information. Should you desire a paper copy of any Payroll Information, please contact your employer.
Some Payroll Information may be provided in a PDF format. To view the information you may need to use a software program that reads and displays PDF
files (such as Adobe Acrobat).
Your employer has provided us with your email address so that we may communicate with you about the Website. You agree that Wells Fargo may send you
electronic communications regarding your use of the Website. You agree to notify Wells Fargo of any changes in your email address.
Other than your Payroll Information and your employer's information, all content included or available on the Website, such as advertisements, text
graphics, logos, screens, pages, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Wells Fargo, and/or third parties and is protected
by copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property and proprietary rights. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly)
of all content on the Website is the exclusive property of Wells Fargo and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright or other intellectual

Wells Fargo has a reasonable belief that termination is necessary for the protection of you or your employer, or the protection of Wells Fargo or (d)
your employer no longer has a Payroll Services Agreement with Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo will have no liability to you for any losses or damages you may
suffer or incur as a result of your inability to access the Website.
Wells Fargo may discontinue the Website at any time, upon thirty days prior written notice to your employer.
